In this Article:
- Go to the KnowBe4 user portal: Using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, navigate to https://training.knowbe4.com in the URL.
- Login credentials: Use your work email and Office365 password. If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to verify your login through the Authenticator app.
- Explore the dashboard: Once logged in, you can access training modules, phishing simulation reports, and other resources to enhance your cybersecurity skills.
The dashboard is the first page you will see when you log into the KnowBe4 user portal. It provides a snapshot of your training progress, including the status and due dates.
